Initial Consult

  • Optional meet and greet over video chat 
  • Discuss high-level needs and make sure this is a good fit between therapist and needs
  • Go through approach and what sessions may look like
Parent Meeting
Step 2: Set Goals & Action Plan
60-min /$200 per session
  • Meeting with parents to discuss the needs of the child/teen in detail
  • Set Goals and create an action plan to track
  • How and where to begin. Prepare your child for first appointment.
Child Sessions
Step 3: Individual Client Sessions
60-min /$200 per session
  • Each session is unique and tailored to each individual
  • Together, we will work to uncover the child’s unique strength and resilience
  • Recurrence is based on individual needs
Parent Check-ins
Step 4: How are we doing
30-min /$100 per session
  • Optional meeting with parents to discuss progress and any changes
  • Open progress report
  • Re-visit goals to ensure we are on track with outcomes
