Sonya is originally from Cape Breton Island, NS. However, has called Alberta home since 2006. She studied at The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and graduated as a 2200 hour RMT in 2004.
Modalities trained in include:
General Swedish Massage, Advanced Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, MFR techniques, Pre-and-Post Natal Massage.
