Catriona Keenan is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Mount Royal University. Catriona has been practicing massage therapy since 2011. Prior to her career in massage therapy Catriona was a Registered Social Worker. She utilizes her social work training and experience to compliment her massage treatments for overall healing and well-being and prides herself on her ability to take an individualized approach with each client. Outside of massage Catriona is passionate about her awesome kids, the great outdoors and chocolate covered pretzels!

Great place I’ve been coming here for years. The staff are phenomenal front desk therapists acupuncturist everybody is running on time very happy with her service. I had a massage with Yuri. It was lovely. She focussed on my rhomboid pain, was asking for feedback whether things felt right or not checked in whether what she was doing was painful or beneficial. I really liked that and also really liked that she adjusted based on what I told her.

Mama massage always treats me so well. From the ease of check in/out to the cozy slippers they make you visit a real treat. Sonia is an amazing practitioner who listens to you and your body and you leave a treatment feeling lighter and awake.
