To start with, the ambiance. Cucumber and lemon water in the waiting area, away from entrance , excellent lounge chairs. Wise...child minding. Spà atmosphere. Olivia was spot on with my needs. Plus has physio training. Will be back!!!

I am a regular client at Mama due to proximity to my home, but what really brings me back time and time again is Sonia D. She listens to your areas of concerns and treats them accordingly. She is extremely knowledgable and gave good advice on how I can improve my posture. She is attentive and consistently delivers excellent massages that target my problem areas. She even does facial and jaw massages which I found helpful in reducing the pain I had from teeth clenching/grinding. I would recommend her and Mama to all my friends and family.

It's great! All the massagers are very good and perhaps more importantly they have staff to take care of your kids so you can get some much needed relaxation and recovery and quiet time while getting your massage. My kids were having so much fun they didn't want to leave!

I love “Mama massage” for multiple reasons.* The location is very convenient from where we live.* It has free parking.* I can bring my child if I have to with me, and she is so happy, I can’t get her to leave 😆.* The front desk staff is so amazing and welcoming.* The place is clean.* And the people who provide the massages are the best. WOW. That’s all I can say. I was absolutely blown away with their services here! First time receiving a prenatal massage, and I was taken care of from the moment I walked in to the second I walked out. They do fantastic work here, and honestly, one of the best massages I’ve EVER received. Nia knew exactly how to treat my pregnancy pains and made the experience so relaxing and comfortable. They also billed directly to my insurance which took the headache out of submitting a claim. If I am ever back in Calgary, Mama massage will be the first and the last stop of my trip. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful and memorable!

I was super stiff and sore in my upper back, neck, traps, lats and lower back after a week with my three huskies pulling me and sitting on a plane for 8 hours as well as family stress. Jasmine assessed me in minutes and asked my permission every time for using a cupping technique on the back, hot stones, hot towels and dug right in checking in with me on pressure the entire time. The best massage I've ever had in Canada! Norania was so amazing. Really sweet and did such an incredible job. I'm 7 months pregnant and super sore and I can honestly say that massage was life-changing. I'll be coming back!
