REFUND POLICY & CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. Each submission or order online for a Service for which a fee is charged is deemed to be an authorization to debit predetermined sums representing applicable statutory and service fees, charges, and applicable taxes from your credit card. You will be informed of the total charges and asked to confirm the transaction before it is charged to your credit card. You are responsible for all charges, fees and taxes incurred by you. Charges and fees will be at the rates established by Mama Massage plus all additional applicable taxes. Before submitting any request for goods and/or services or otherwise completing an online order, please verify that you have correctly entered the information in the request and/or order. Once a submission or order is submitted, you can change your appointment up to 48 hours before the service. There are no refunds, but gift certificates will be provided on Mama Massage Inc sole discretion.
