How is Mama Massage being proactive in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 to clients?

We have been putting in overtime with our sanitation and extra precautions including hand sanitizer upon entrance as well as an extra face cradle cover that is a disposable one-time use.  Our cleanliness has always been above standard, but we are attacking every touchable surface.

Will therapists be wearing face masks?

Yes, all our therapists are wearing masks.

Should clients take any precautions before attending appointments?

We are screening every client at the door before they enter the waiting room.  If any symptoms are present, your access will be denied.  You will also need to wear a mask to and from the room as well as when you are face up on the table.

Your site says there is a cancellation fee within 24 hours. Is this still applicable?

Don’t worry cancellation fees are waived immediately.  We are super flexible in order to keep you comfortable in this difficult time.
